What is our facility like?
Our facility is not what you are used to from other kennels. Our facility is a recently renovated home with climate controlled bedrooms. What this means is that your dog will get their very own bedroom with a great window view rather than a fenced in cage. We know leaving your animal can be stressful for you and your dog and some of that stress can be removed once your dog feels settled into their own room.
How often is someone at the facility?
We live on the property, so while most boarding facilities leave in the afternoon we are here and available for your pets anytime. You will not find this from any other boarding facility in the area.
When do you feed and what if my dog has a special diet?
We stay on your dogs schedule, their environment as changed so we keep them on their normal feeding schedule to keep them as comfortable as possible. Since our spa is in a renovated home we have a full kitchen, so we have the ability to cook any food that may need to be cooked even for the most special diet. Want to give your dog a nice meal while your away, let us know and we can accommodate a meal to make your dog feel special while you are away for just a few extra dollars.
Do I need to bring my own food?
We prefer for you to bring your own food since that is what your dog is used to, but for a small fee we can provide food if you do not have food to bring.
Does my dog need to have shots in order to stay at the spa?
Your dog must have DHLPP within one year and Bordetella within 6 months. Safety is our first priority and keeping your dogs shots up to date is for the safety of your dog and others. We apologize but if your dogs shots are not up to date we do can not accept your dog into the spa.
Can you administer medication?
We will be more than happy to administer medication, with the vet tech experience we are more than qualified and happy to do so.
Is there grooming available?
We offer a full range of spa treatments including grooming, shampoo and baths, special meals and other services around making your dog look and feel fabulous.
Does my dog need to stay at the spa to get groomed?
No they do not, they can come for just a day spa treatment without an over night stay.
